Pablo Picasso:

Reinvention + Experimentation

Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth.
— Pablo Picasso

Workshop # 13:

Thursday, November 7th from 10:30am to 1:30pm

Snyder Park, Fort Lauderdale

By Donation (Suggested $15)

Monetary and in-kind donations make this program possible.

Workshop Description:

We continue our season devoted to Spanish-speaking artists with Picasso. He devoted his life to art for nearly 80 years, producing thousands of paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures, collages, ceramics, books, theater sets and costumes, in a vast range of styles. During our November workshop, we are taking a look behind the icon, beyond his world famous cubism and revealing his many other artistic explorations through art play.

9:30am to 10:30am — Set-up

10:30am to 11:30am — Art Stations

11:30am to 12:15pm — Circle Time (Artist Talk w/ Lunch)

12:15pm to 1:15pm — Class Final Art Challenge (shared collectively or individually), Announcements & Goodbyes

1:15pm to 1:30pm — Clean-up
